These domain manager responsibilities include but are not limited to:
serving in all system manager roles, training users and local administrators, supporting all users through the local TMS help desk, managing accounts, providing technical support, and maintaining the database daily. He/she ensures appropriate assignment of profiles and linkages, course development and assessment, evaluation, and innovations and quality improvement. As TMS authority, the Training Specialist will assist to identify issues and problems associated with these programs and systems, and will implement alternative solutions based on expert knowledge. Fields calls from all levels of TMS users requiring assistance and solutions to problem issues. Work Schedule:

Experience:
To meet the specialized experience requirement, you must have 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to a GS-7 level performing work in the Education Technician field. This specialized experience could include:
serving in all system manager roles, training users and local administrators, supporting all users through a help desk, managing accounts, providing technical support, and maintaining the database daily. Ensuring appropriate assignment of profiles and linkages, course development and assessment, evaluation, and innovations and quality improvement, assisting to identify issues and problems and implementing alternative solutions based on expert knowledge. Fielding calls from users requiring assistance and solving their issues. OR, Education:
Applicants may substitute education for the required experience. To qualify based on education for this grade level you must have 1 full year of graduate level education or superior academic achievement. OR, Combination:
Applicants may also combine education and experience to qualify at this level. You must have an combination of specialized experience and education. You will be rated on the following Competencies for this position:
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Adobe Professional Suite, and TMS. Knowledge of development and maintenance of a SharePoint Site, graphics development, software platforms, user interfaces, and reporting on status of site. Ability to plan, organize, and manage a wide range of highly specialized and complex technical duties which support the missions of the Education Department and the Medical Center. Ability to apply interpersonal skills to communicate effectively about training issues and solutions with users, managers and vendors. Ability to provide technical knowledge and skills required to oversee and maintain TMS learning records, performance measures, compliance reports, properly recorded training and reporting of departmental and individual training data. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religions; spiritual; community; student; social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Note:
A full year of work is considered to be 35-40 hours of work per week. Part-time experience will be credited on the basis of time actually spent in appropriate activities. Applicants wishing to receive credit for such experience must indicate clearly the nature of their duties and responsibilities in each position and the number of hours a week spent in such employment. Physical Requirements:
No special physical demands such as above average ability, dexterity, or strength are required toperform the work. Work is sedentary and the employee may sit comfortably. There may be some walking, standing, bending, carrying of light items, driving of an automobile, etc. Fieldwork may involve traveling to outlying Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs), meetings and sources of information.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
