Richards Restaurant is seeking energetic, dependable individuals who like a challenge, working hard and desire to be part of the food preparation team who will provide our guests with a great experience when choosing to dine with us. If you enjoy cooking and working with other team members in the behind the scenes area, we may be the place to utilize your talents.
We can teach you many of the things you'll need to know to be successful but there are a few skills you should have before starting:

You are fun and friendly and take pride in everything you do.
You enjoy working with people.
You are at least 16 years old and communicate well with others.
You can maintain a clean safe work area.
Length of shifts and days may vary, so when applying be sure to communicate when you are available. If you are looking for a career in the food service industry, there's room to grow within our organization. If you're looking for a second job or have other obligations, we try to work around other schedules.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
