Administrative Coordinator

The chosen candidate will be responsible for entering purchase orders and working through an Electronic Data Interchange to process accurate order acknowledgements, the creation of product shipment documentation, data entry of completed shop floor work orders, accounts receivable processing and other data entry functions as required. This candidate will additionally be involved with other clerical duties such as answering incoming phone calls, filing and other customer service oriented tasks.
o Preferred EDI Experience
o Microsoft Office
o Professional communication skills
o Basic understanding of Invoicing and Accounts Receivable functions

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
