Summary: Primarily responsible to provide excellent support to the Maintenance
manager
/Plant Engineer and excellent customer service to all associates and visitors. The Maintenance Planner will ensure the development, and instituting a CMMS program. The Maintenance Planner will also be utilized in a supervisors role when required.
Qualifications required:
High School Diploma or GED
Experience in food manufacturing/processing/bakery
CMMS implementation and development
computer
skill, including Microsoft office
Qualifications desired:
Associates Degree in Business or related field
Knowledge of ISO 9000
3-5 years experience in a maintenance planning environment
Essential functions and
Responsibilities:
Review and distribute work, and determine progress of work and completion dates.
Compile reports of progress of work, inventory levels, cost, and production problems.
Review documents, such as production schedules, work orders, or staffing tables, to determine personnel or materials requirements or material priorities.
Confer with department supervisors or other personnel to assess progress and discuss needed changes.
Confer with personnel, vendors, and customers resolve complaints or eliminate delays.
Examine documents, materials, or products and monitor work processes to assess completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards and specifications.
Function as a the maintenance
supervisor
when needed or required
Compile best costing and saving plan for spare parts and equipment purchases
Oversee stock room and all its functions, including the day to day activities of the inventory clerk(s)
CMMS building and implementation
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
