summary: Primarily responsible to provide excellent support to the Maintenance Planner and excellent customer service to all associates and visitors. The Inventory Clerk will coordinate and control the inventory for the maintenance department using a CMMS program.
Qualifications required:
High School Diploma or GED
Experience in food manufacturing/processing/bakery
CMMS program implementation
Qualifications desired:
Knowledge of ISO 9000
Essential functions and responsibilities:
Requisition and maintain inventories of materials
Arrange for delivery, assembly, or distribution of supplies or parts
Determine replacement parts required, according to inspections of old parts, production request, or production's descriptions of malfunctions.
Receive and fill telephone orders for parts.
Take inventory of stock.
Advice customers on substitution or modification of parts when identical replacements are not available.
Examine returned parts for defects, and exchange defective parts.
Mark and store parts in stockrooms according to Company procedure.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Build "kits" per planners scheduled work
Working with a CMMS program





Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
