- High school diploma or equivalent - Completion of an accredited Nursing Assistant program - Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of State - Knowledge of dementia care techniques is a plus - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Compassionate and empathetic nature -Must have excellent attendance record and reliable transportation to work.
