Primary Responsibilities TLC Construction is looking for an exceptional candidate that would like to be part of a traveling team that completes necessary maintenance work orders at any one of our 15 Senior Living Communities across the state.

Responsibilities:
Essential Functions Completing work orders as assigned Fixing small mechanical and electrical problems Painting Drywall repair Cleaning up debris Installing appliances Replacing light bulbs and small fixtures Moving equipment Installing new equipment This position requires travel with all expenses covered and requires overnight stays at some locations to ensure completion of work orders with the traveling team.

Qualifications Required qualifications:
An active driver's license with the State of Indiana.
The ability to travel throughout the state under diverse conditions and with/without reasonable accommodations.
Qualifications:
A high school diploma or GED.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
