Responsibilities:
This position is a cross specialty of value based and traditional managed care, including ISNP, ACO's and all other Advanced Payment Models (APM).
This individual will work directly with all the managed healthcare systems and third- party contractors to negotiate new agreements and ongoing updates to current contracts along with all credentialing as it comes due each year.
This individual will also assist with monitoring of financial and clinical performance in each of the specialty program areas and provide feedback and training to the key players at each of the SNF locations.
This role is also the primary contact person for all aligned ACO relationships and Preferred Status hospitals and will attend required meetings for the ACO alignments within the company.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
Must possess specific educational and experience requirements such as:
Bachelors of Nursing Degree (RN) A minimum of 7 years' experience in Long Term Care Billing; 3-5 years of Supervisory Experience Overseeing Billing and Collection; & Have a thorough understanding of Medicare, Medicaid and Managed Care billing practices; Must possess managerial and interpersonal skills such as:
The ability to follow written and verbal instructions, function independently and make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action; Personal integrity and the ability to deal tactfully with visitors, government agencies and personnel; The ability to work harmoniously with professional and non-professional personnel; Judgment in prioritizing the performance of tasks, duties and responsibilities in accordance with established standards, policies and procedures; The ability to be discrete and protect the integrity of confidential information and stay within Compliance and HIPAA; Team Leader, Patience, a cheerful disposition, enthusiasm and a problem solver; The ability to adhere to professional code of ethics; A passion for accuracy; Knowledge on the use of personal computers, e-mail accounts, software programs such as Word, Excel and Pointe Click Care; The ability to work Monday-Friday during normal business hours and the ability to work before or after hours as needed.
