Responsibilities:
Prioritize patience and kindness in difficult situations Work one-on-one providing individual treatment for children diagnosed with autism in a play-like atmosphere while working toward client-specific goals.
Use the principles of ABA to implement programs created by a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) Attend interactive training and team-building exercises.
Accurately record and graph data daily Write session notes daily Communicate professionally with parents regarding their child's day Communicate openly regarding concerns, needs, and questions to BCBA Communicate respectfully and effectively with all team members Benefits Health insurance Dental Insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Interactive in-house training 80 hours of PTO yearly No weekends! High School Diploma or equivalent required Able to lift 30 to 50 pounds daily Able to crawl, run, bend, jump, kneel, crouch, and any other physical requirement involved in play Be able to receive and maintain Registered Behavior Technician certification.
Completed in-house.
Able to pass a criminal background check Willingness to obtain CPR and Safety Care training Prior experience working with children preferred Be able to pass a drug screen Apply and Join our Team! Job Type:
