A little history, we are a Title Insurance Company that has been in business since 1946.
We provide comprehensive title insurance and closing services for real estate agents, developers, lenders, and investors.
We are currently in the process of transforming the way we do business and the client experience.
As the Closing Coordinator, you will work directly with one of our closing officers to ensure that the closing experience is seamless from beginning to end for our clients.
You are thus required to not only have the in-depth knowledge of the events leading up to a closing, but must also have the empathy, communication skills, and intentionality to connect on a personal level with the clients.
'Quarterback' the deal from the search until the closing Act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries Coordinate the closing date and time with all parties involved Schedule closings Request/order payoffs Make follow-ups every other day for outstanding information on the closing file (from realtors, lenders, attorneys) Prep closing files and ensure they are completely timely for the scheduled closing Answer all client questions and incoming calls Check-in guests and provide them with outstanding customer service Assist the closing and escrow officers with any needed task KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
High attention to detail Excellent listening skills Great interpersonal skills Experienced with computers and typing; able to navigate very efficiently Fast learner, excited about continuous growth and learning Strong organization and time management skills Highly motivated and positive attitude Work Remotely No Job Type:
