Full time positions will receive a $250.
00 sign on bonus after 90 days of employment, a $3000.
00 sign on bonus after 6 months of employment, and a $3000.
00 sign on bonus after 1 year of employment.
Flexible Schedule.
Nurses are a vital part of the treatment team for our clients and are responsible for the following:
Assessing clients upon admission Administer and monitor treatment regimens Administer prescribed medication, making constant adjustments commensurate with a patient's condition under the supervision of qualified medical staff Observe and report behavioral changes Maintain control of drugs and medications Help patients improve coping capabilities Record all care information concisely, accurately and completely, in a timely manner, in the appropriate format, and on the appropriate forms Perform other position related duties as assigned Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and in good standing with the Indiana State licensing board.
We are a National Health Service Corps approved site with the Loan Repayment Program for Psychiatrists, Nurse Practitioners, LCSWs and other licensed professionals (HPSA score directs potential loan repayment amount).
