- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately - Must be able to receive direction- Must work well with other and have a positive attitude to maintain a friendly and loyal work culture- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed - Assist in inventory management and restocking activities - working knowledge of household appliances to test and price merchandise prior to stocking on the sales floor- promote our mission to help the community- be available for evening restock- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets - Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
Qualifications:
- Basic and retail math skills for handling cash transactions - Proficient in English for effective communication with customers - Strong selling skills to promote products and close sales - Technical sales knowledge to assist customers with electronics and technology products - Organizational skills to maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience - Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment - must be able to work one evening per week - store is open Tuesday - Saturday - must love animals and care about their welfare- Multilingual skills (preferred) to assist diverse customer base
