- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Provide direct support to store manager- Know, understand and believe in our non-profit mission-Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed - Assist in inventory management and restocking activities - be able to manage employees and give direction- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets - Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
Qualifications:
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions - Proficient in English for effective communication with customers - Strong selling skills to promote products and close sales - Technical sales knowledge to assist customers with electronics and technology products - Organizational skills to maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience - Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment - Multilingual skills (preferred) to assist diverse customer base
