Job
Summary:
Responsible for evaluation, instruction, training, and supervision of individuals served in community integrated Employment Service program options.
KEY RESULT AREAS/ACCOUNTABILITIES 1.
Direct Service A.
Provide on-site training which enables the individual served to learn the job tasks and integrate into the work routine.
B.
Provide training and other support services away from the work site when appropriate to the individuals served needs.
C.
Implement and revise training plans and methods to obtain desired job performance and work behaviors.
D.
Develop and implement fading plan by gradually turning supervision and support over to the job site supervisor and/or natural supports.
E.
Serve as a positive role-model for individuals served in the community.
F.
Assist with job duties while the individuals served are in training to adhere to employer quality and time standards.
G.
Become familiar with Pre-Employment Transition Services programing for transition age youth, and be available to fill in as needed in school settings.
2.
Case Management A.
Systematically analyze job tasks and work environments to plan appropriate training, supervision and support services for individuals served.
B.
Participate in individual served team meetings as scheduled.
3.
Reporting and Record Keeping A.
Observe and record employee job performance and work behaviors for required reports, completing and submitting all reports and documentation within scheduled time frames.
4.
Safety A.
Promote Agency-wide safety and housekeeping as well as take a proactive approach to preventive maintenance and delivery of quality service.
Requirements:
MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS 1.
Education and
Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent.

Must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and meet agency insurability requirements.
Some experience in the Human Services field preferred.
2.
Skills and Abilities:
Professionalism, Productivity, Documentation, Communication, Planning/Organizing, Teamwork, Health and Safety standards.
3.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to sit, walk, bend, stoop, or stand for long periods.
Must be able to wear all required personal protective equipment such as, but not limited to:
gloves, masks, gowns, face shields, shoes, earplugs, etc.
Must be able to follow all required safe and universal precaution practices during a pandemic and as required otherwise.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
