The focus for our Collision Center Manager is to continue to grow and expand an already strong department.
The successful candidate will play an integral part of our leadership team in Marion.
This position is critical to the development and growth of our BUICK/GMC Dealership.

Job Responsibilities Provide exceptional guest service Exhibit our core values in all interactions with guests and team members.
Meet or exceed scorecard metrics for department Lead, manage, and hold accountable all department team members Coach direct reports to maintain positivity and productivity Make sure guests receive prompt, friendly courteous service Manage payroll within the department Responsible for profitability and CSI in the department Ensure entire department is following health and safety protocols Plan daily production schedule for efficient workflow Communicate priorities to staff to maintain cycle times Perform quality control during in process Identify and address issues that would affect cycle times Perform final quality control prior to delivery to guest Perform other duties as assigned Forecast goals and objectives Ensure department processes are followed by all Work closely with Parts Manager to ensure all parts are ordered timely Job Requirements High school diploma or GED equivalent Body Shop Management Preferred Exceptional Leadership skills Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Basic MS Office knowledge and computer software proficiency Excellent product knowledge, guest service skills, administrative skills, and organizational skills Reports to:
General Manager.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
