Job Summary and
Responsibilities:
Responsible to provide reception, clerical, and secretarial support in an organized, efficient, and courteous manner.

Customer Services Perform reception duties (greeting public, answering telephone calls, and delivering messages) in a courteous and efficient manner.
Clerical and Record Keeping Perform clerical tasks for administrative departments as needed in an effective and accurate manner.
Close attention to detail for accuracy required while protecting the confidentiality of protected health information (PHI).
Maintain and organize agency forms in adequate supply.
Assist the Marketing and Executive Coordinator to monitor and maintain office supply requests and restocking supplies as needed.
Replenish administrative office copier daily.
Receive, sort, and distribute internal and external mail throughout the agency.
Monitor and maintain paper and/or electronic filling systems/procedures for all business office records including accounts payable and individual served financials.
Maintain centralized filing system (Prism) for individual served records.
Assist Human Resources in record keeping, tracking, and other clerical roles while protecting the confidentiality of employee information and records.
Housekeeping Promote agency wide safety and housekeeping as according to OSHA regulations as well as take a proactive approach to preventative maintenance and delivery of quality service.
Maintain break room by keeping it supplied and clean.
Required Competencies:
Occupational Competencies Minimum of a high school diploma.
Two years of experience in general office procedures preferred.
Computer experience required.

Accurately keyboard at 40 wpm.
Strong adaptability and flexibility, teamwork, communication, initiative, judgment, problem solving, organizational, and time management skills.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to bend, stoop, or stand for long periods of time and push, pull and maneuver, up/down, with accommodation to specific jobs.
Must be able to wear all required personal protective equipment such as, but not limited to:
gloves, masks, gowns, face shields, shoes, ear plugs, etc.
Must be able to follow all required safe and universal precaution practices during a pandemic and as required otherwise.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
