Identify and coordinate attorney relationships for eviction/collection efforts.
Analyze, evaluate and set property specific credit screening criteria on a continuing basis and make recommendations for changes.
Score collection efforts for effectiveness and bonus implications.
Conduct on-site surprise audits of collection activities.
Responsible for analyzing and monitoring delinquencies at assigned properties.
Monitoring collections activities and assuring consistent implementation and compliance with all company policies and procedures relating to collections of past due rent/charges Requirements:
Position prefers at least 3 years' experience the collections field.
Education:
High school education or equivalent.
