Summary:
Implement owned verticals of the marketing plan for each service line, ancillary service, and for the hospital system.
Create engaging written content for internal and external communications and manage owned and unpaid media.
Serve as website editor to oversee day-to-day operation, maintenance and content development of hospital website and social media platforms.
Assist the Administrative Director with public relations efforts and event planning.
Write scripts for video shoots, radio and television commercials.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, public relations, or related degree -OR- 5 years of related experience.
One year of experience managing social media properties.
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Familiar with website and content management.
Event planning experience.
SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:
Excellent writing and editing skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Knowledge of writing for web, print and social media.
Excellent communication skills to effectively and tactfully communicate with co-workers, managers, providers, patients and their families, and other hospital personnel on a one-to-one basis using appropriate grammar, vocabulary and word usage.
Interpersonal skills necessary in order to carry out duties in a professional manner, as well as the ability to work well under stress.
Highly developed computer skills to include proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and proficiently perform computer applications related to department operations and job function.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills in order to manage multiple issues simultaneously combined with ability to effectively prioritize.
Ability to be discreet and protect the integrity of any confidential matter or information encountered during the performance of job duties.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Typical office environment with prolonged sitting and occasional standing and walking.
Work may be subject to interruptions and occasional high stress levels.
Works with highly confidential information which may be proprietary or protected health information.
Ability to work extended hours or weekends based on the needs of the department.
May attend special functions and meetings at various locations within the hospital and community.
Occasional overnight stays.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
