Marion, IN Marion, IN Full-time Full-time $15 - $17 an hour $15 - $17 an hour 19 hours ago 19 hours ago 19 hours ago SUMMARY OF POSITION The Crisis and Intensive Services Assistant is responsible for assisting the Director of Crisis and Intensive Services with administrative duties.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma or GED.
Requires 2 years or more of related experience.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB 1.
Transcribing memos, letters, documents on behalf of Crisis and Intensive Services.
2.
Data entry for Crisis and Intensive Services.
3.
Maintain calendar and assist with staff schedules for Crisis and Intensive Services.
4.
Assist with the creation of reports for Crisis and Intensive Services.
5.
Run reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semiannually for Crisis and Intensive Services and report data to supervisor.
6.
Send emails and notifications on behalf of Crisis and Intensive Services.
7.
Assist with preparation of both client and staff surveys for Crisis and Intensive Services.
8.
Assist with the implementation, maintaining, and revising of policies and procedures.
9.
Assist with scheduling interview applicants for open positions.
10.
Interact with staff and others in a positive, helpful, and professional manner through all modes of communication, building strong working relationships with staff and supervisors, as well as external contacts.
11.
Respond timely to inquiries from staff and/or others with a strong ability to effectively handle difficult situations with appropriate tact, respect, and resourcefulness.
12.
Participate in appropriate team and/or administrative meetings, assigned committees, in services, conferences and other continuing education/training.
13.
Assist with the implementation, maintaining, and revising of policies and procedures for Crisis and Intensive Services.
14.
Other tasks assigned.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to quickly learn the organizations other computer software.
Must possess/maintain a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance and a driving record that meets the guidelines and requirements of the organization Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
