We are seeking compassionate and skilled Home Health Aides to join our team and provide high-quality care to patients in their homes.
The Home Health Aide will be responsible for assisting patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, and providing companionship and support.
The successful candidate will have strong communication and customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation Provide companionship and support to patients, including engaging in activities and conversation Monitor patients' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including adhering to safety protocols Follow care plans and protocols as directed by healthcare professionals Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar role Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus Perks:
